Fairy Wings everywhere! Miranda my darling but precocious five year old Loves Fairy Wings!!

She loves to wear them and walks around proudly showing off her fairy wings on a regular basis. Fairy Wings are great for general play as well as for special occasions, kids parties and so on.

Many adults also buy fairy wings, as they are ideal for Hen Nights and Fancy Dress Up parties

Fairy Wings can be made in several ways but they all are variations on a theme, prices vary depending on the materials used.

Generally sheer fabric is stretched across a lightweight frame of some sort, generally wire or some kind of rigid plastic, the surface of the fairy wings can be anything from fine silk to durable nylon.

The designer will then add various adornments, something pretty, something sparkley, and so on, you get the drift.

Miranda has fairy wings that are part of a full fairy costume, which she totally adores as dressing up as a fairy seems to be her number one most enjoyable activity, kids eh!!

If you look hard enough, very early in the morning then you can sometimes see fairies dancing around, their wings flashing with dew in the early morning sun.

We sometimes go out searching for real fairy wings, Miranda is sure we will find a discarded pair of wings if we look hard enough, I think she is surely right!
